Salmon and Egg Muffins


  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • Large handful of spinach
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • butter / oil to grease the muffin ring


    Whisk together the egg and milk, add Chop the salmon and spinach mixture. Season with pepper to taste.

    Grease the muffin cups. Spoon the salmon and egg mixture into the
    muffin cups, dividing evenly.

    Place the muffin ring into your Omnia. Cover and bake on medium-high heat for about 40 minutes (you may need to lower the heat slightly after 20 minutes). Insert a clean toothpick/skewer to test for doneness If it comes out clean, they are ready. If not, bake for a few more. minutes.

    Serve Muffins for breakfast or to take along on a picnic.
